A downloadable game for Windows and macOS

This game was made from a collaboration effort between Northeastern University and Mills College Children School's. Many thanks to my classmates - Daksh Patel and Keith Zhu -  who collaborated with me, and the children from MCCS who provided us with valuable feedback.

An asteroid is coming down on your planet. Race against the other player to build a spaceship, save your people, and be the hero!

This prototype requires two gamepad controllers (e.g. PlayStation or Xbox) to play. All  in-game button instructions are based on PlayStation controller mapping. Instruction translation when playing with other controllers: cross (X) for bottom button, square for left button, circle (O) for right button, triangle for top button.


Features: Split screen action game for 2 controllers on a single device; 4 different characters with distinct skins and skills; mini-map and mini-game systems; additional environmental obstacles to increase game difficulty.

Development time: 80 hours (2 months)

Number of contributors: 3

What I contributed: Coding, creating animations for picking up and assembling items, designing and implementing gameplay and mini-game system, managing Git repository, conduct player testing and implement changes based on feedbacks.
